How to Use:

❄️ Cold Therapy

Freeze the sleeve for at least 2 hours. Remove immediately if it causes any discomfort.

🔥 Hot Therapy

Bring the sleeve to room temperature before microwaving. Place it flat in the center of the microwave and heat based on size:

• Small: 50 seconds
• Medium: 60 seconds
• Large: 65 seconds

If needed, heat for an additional 10 seconds maximum. The sleeve should feel comfortably warm, not scalding; allow it to cool if it is too hot.
